The Town of Smiths Falls is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms for the design and preparation of tender-ready documents for the construction of a new primary parking lot and access road at Lower Reach Park. This work forms part of the initial phase of the Town's broader park redevelopment project and is intended to support increased visitation, traffic flow improvements, and future event hosting capacity.
